Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday through Friday only, flexible shifts. Provider must have flexibility when it comes to hours worked. Required Cases: General, Orthopedics, Urology, Gynecology, Gastroenterology, Head and Neck, Thoracic, Neurology, Obstetrics (Preferred but not required), Ear, Nose, and Throat. All adults, no Cardiac, or Pediatrics. Electronic Medical Records [EMR]: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC). Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days. Licensure: Active California License is required.
