Senior Project Manager with a technical background in the delivery of private site development projects for one of our prestige clients. Job Description and Responsibilities: The candidate will lead projects involving office, commercial, recreational, and industrial sites and single / multi-family residential and retail development with an expertise in grading, stormwater management systems, soil erosion/sediment controls, utilities, permitting, public/private roadways and land use compliance, for a position based in our growing Haddonfield, New Jersey office.
Qualifications needed: A Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Civil Engineering (BSCE); A Professional Engineers License in the State of New Jersey is required. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Municipal Engineering. Certified Municipal Engineer and LEED Certifications are a plus.
