Description We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead SAP Engineer with a strong background in SAP development to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers while contributing to the development and maintenance of SAP-integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 10 SAP developers
Design, develop, and implement Custom SAP integration solutions using ABAP for SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA environments
Develop and maintain REST integrations, but not limited to REST (e,g. Development of integration processes with 3rd party systems via IDOCs, RFC, SOAP web services)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Optimize performance of ABAP programs and queries
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
