Product Designer to define and elevate the design of platform. You’ll shape experiences that connect recruiters, candidates, and companies in an entirely new way—turning a broken industry into a seamless human-to-human marketplace.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end design process: UX, UI, visual design, motion, and prototyping
Establish design systems that scale across products and teams
Partner with Engineering and Product to design features that balance B2B2C complexity
Translate abstract ideas into clear, intuitive workflows that supercharge recruiter productivity
Create a portfolio of polished work that showcases Paraform’s vision and sets the tone for our design culture
What We Look For
Demonstrated experience of product design experience at high-growth companies
Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, not just visual polish
Experience designing marketplace or interaction-heavy platforms
Deep understanding of design systems and a detail-oriented craft mindset
