This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
 

Details & requirements for this opportunity:
 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p, FT. One Saturday a month is required.
Patients per day: 21
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Scope: Standard Primary Care
State Licensure: California Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
Responsibility for Mid-Levels: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
