Pay Rate: $61.29 – $70.68/hr (W2)
 
Job Summary
The Product Delivery Manager III will provide project management leadership and delivery oversight for multiple utility infrastructure projects within Power Delivery Services. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational standards, safety, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end project management oversight across the project lifecycle, including:
Scoping and project initiation
Planning and design
Permit and easement acquisition
Civil and electrical construction
Project close-out activities
Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, with accountability for cost, schedule, methods, and outcomes.
Actively participate in execution-level tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Utilize project controls to manage:
Budget and schedule tracking
Forecasting and variance analysis
Performance monitoring against budget and schedule targets
Identify project risks, issues, and trends; develop and implement corrective actions.
Resolve conflicts, establish priorities, and ensure timely task completion across cross-functional teams.
Apply core Project Management (PM) principles and adapt to organizational processes and portfolio requirements.
Provide regular project status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong working knowledge of:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Project
Microsoft Teams
SAP
Primavera P6
Proven ability to manage complex projects in a structured, results-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience.
Utility industry experience, particularly underground utility projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience working in regulated or infrastructure-heavy environments.
