Job Type: Contract

Compensation: $24 - 28 Hourly

Description

 maintenance, and timely payment execution, including ACH payments, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
  • Prepare and process payments, including ACH, wire, and check runs
  • Maintain vendor records, including ACH setup and verification
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
  • Support month-end close and AP reporting

 

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with ACH payments
  • Strong understanding of AP processes and internal controls
  • Experience with ERP systems and invoice workflow tools
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
