Description

client in Utah looking for a Technical Business Analyst in Salt Lake City, UT. This role will serve as a key contributor within agile software development teams, driving application integration efforts, facilitating collaboration between business and technical groups, and providing leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

Requirements
Strong analytical background with at least 3 years working in agile methodologies, ideally within banking
Familiarity with industry-standard integration patterns (REST/JSON web services, batch, publish/subscribe, APIs, etc.)
Experience in enterprise application integration, middleware technologies, data migrations/conversions, database technologies, and backend interfaces
Proven success in collaborative environments focused on delivering tangible business results
Hands-on experience in application development, architecture, and software maintenance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities-able to lead, collaborate, facilitate, and negotiate
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems by mitigating risks rather than defaulting to process
Deep understanding of application development technologies and full software development lifecycles (legacy and modern)
Experience in large-scale IT organizations with complex environments and infrastructures
Strong organizational skills, with project or program management experience
Desirable Knowledge and Experience:
Experience in the financial services industry
Background working with third-party vendors and defining deliverables
Hands-on experience with multi-component, high-availability enterprise systems
Experience with nCino implementations in financial institutions
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and data models
Other Requirements:
High proficiency in spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Proficient in Azure DevOps and Agile sprint planning
SQL experience
Ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
Strong ownership mentality, with enthusiasm, initiative, and creative problem-solving
