Role: Verification Team Leader

Salary: Competitive base salary + equity options

Location: Austin, TX

The skills needed for the role include:

10 plus years’ experience working within digital design verification positions.
3 years’ experience in a leadership role, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of engineers.
Extensive knowledge of VLSI verification flows, concepts and methodologies.
Successfully completed two or more full block/system verification cycles through to tape-out.
Expert in industry standard verification methodologies – UVM, SystemVerilog.
Experienced data protocols / data path designs – Ethernet, SerDes, PCIe.
Track record of successfully managing and delivering projects against deadlines.
Ability to effectively work with global, cross-functional teams.
