Job Description

Job Duties: Install, configure, upgrade, patch, troubleshoot, and monitor IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM Messaging Queue (IBM MQ) environments on Linux and AIX systems. Maintain middleware messaging and app servers for integrity, security, performance, load balancing, and capacity planning. Plan, implement, test, and disaster recovery. Automate deployments of apps and Web Services. Participate in load/stress tests and scales messaging. Integrate IIB and IBM WAS with Oracle DB and MySQL DB by installing and maintaining proper JDBC drivers using TCPS protocols. Create, install and manage key & trust stores, and install SSL certificates for secured communications. Configure High Availability and Fail for zero downtime of apps during Disaster Recovery. Skills required: Java, JDBC, WebSphere, Power Shell, Apache Ant, Grafana, Dynatrace, Oracle DB, MySQL, AIX and Linux
 
Requirements: Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) with 6 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required.
 
Work location: Piscataway, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
