Qualifications
Ability to work in a busy environment under pressure without compromising accuracy, attention to detail, and courtesy to clients and staff
Ability to respond appropriately to changing situations
Ability to provide feedback to staff and patients in a constructive manner resulting in motivation for change
Ability to solve problems and work independently and as a member of a team
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated
Willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and evenings when necessary
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to research and gather information
Must have reliable transportation
Valid California Driver’s license and appropriate insurance
Ability to travel within PPCCCHH designated geographic area (Thousand Oaks to San Luis Obispo)
Ability to work autonomously within a set of protocols
Knowledge of community served desired
Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
Education and/or Experience
Trained Doula or minimum five years' active Doula experience
CPR Certification completion within 90 days
