> Position Summary 

> We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr.

> BSA) with strong expertise in Content Supply Chain, Content Creation,

> Modular Content, and Content Assembly within the Adobe ecosystem. 

> The ideal candidate will drive business analysis and functional

> solutioning across enterprise content platforms and workflows focusing

> on Content Authoring & Assembly as the primary area of delivery. The

> candidate will support goals of delivering solutions aimed at scalable

> content creation, composition, assembly, governance, and reusable

> content capabilities. This role requires close collaboration across

> business, marketing, content, compliance, and technology teams to

> optimize content lifecycle processes and enable efficient content

> production and reuse. Additionally, this role will act as a bridge

> between business vision and technical execution, providing Product

> Ownership and Delivery Coordination to ensure external vendors and

> system integrators deliver high-quality solutions aligned with the

> roadmap. 

> Strong experience with Adobe platforms including Adobe Express, Adobe

> Firefly, Creative Cloud Apps & Libraries, Agentic AI Content

> capabilities, and Content Assembly solutions is preferred.  

> Key Responsibilities 

> Requirements Elicitation & Analysis 

> * Partner with business stakeholders, marketing, content, and

> technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and

> functional requirements

> * Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs

> to define current-state and future-state workflows

> * Translate business requirements into functional specifications,

> user stories, and process flows while owning the end-to-end

> management, documentation, and maintenance of the product backlog.

> * Translate internal Genentech needs into actionable product

> requirements for Adobe, specifically focusing on critical gaps like

> native HTML export and high-fidelity video generation.

> * Act as a Product Owner delegate to prioritize the backlog based on

> business value, technical dependencies, and the June launch roadmap.

> * Translate complex marketing Content creation workflows into

> technical requirements for Agentic AI based solutions, driving towards

> automated assembly and orchestration of content across the Adobe

> ecosystem

> * Analyze content creation, assembly, review, approval, and

> publishing workflows to identify optimization opportunities

> * Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning

> activities in Agile delivery environments

> Domain Expertise & Strategy 

> * Provide functional expertise in Content Supply Chain, Modular

> Content, Content Creation (both Derivative & Denovo) & Assembly, and

> Content Composition workflows

> * Drive the "GNE x Adobe" technical partnership, serving as the

> front-line lead for product inquiries, feature requests, and technical

> troubleshooting.

> * Oversee and coordinate delivery activities with external vendors

> (System Integrators), ensuring technical builds align with functional

> designs and user stories.

> * Monitor project milestones, identify delivery risks, and manage

> cross-workstream dependencies to ensure on-time release execution.

> * Drive the technical implementation and enhancement of Adobe

> Express, Creative Cloud, and integrated Content Assembly platforms

> * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable,

> reusable, and governed content processes

> * Recommend process improvements and scalable content operating

> models aligned with enterprise content strategy

> Testing & Quality Assurance 

> * Support end-to-end testing activities including SIT and UAT

> planning and coordination

> * Define and validate test scenarios, business validation criteria,

> and acceptance requirements

> * Validate the decision-making logic of AI Agents to ensure

> automated outputs consistently meet brand guardrails and business

> rules.

> * Coordinate defect triage, issue resolution, and business sign-off

> activities

> * Partner with QA and technical teams to ensure full traceability

> between requirements and delivery, validating that all technical

> outputs meet business expectations and governance standards

> Stakeholder Management & Communication 

> * Serve as the primary liaison and front-line lead for the 'GNE x

> Adobe' technical partnership, facilitating cross-functional

> decision-making and 'Strategy Connects' with Adobe Product Leaders.

> * Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners,

> architecture, development, QA, and operations teams

> * Coordinate regular "Strategy Connects" with Adobe Customer Success

> and Product Leaders to ensure AURORA remains at the forefront of the

> Adobe Creative Cloud roadmap.

> * Facilitate cross-functional discussions, decision-making sessions,

> and status reviews

> * Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and

> recommendations to leadership and delivery teams

> * Influence business and technical teams through strong analytical

> and communication skills

> Documentation & Training 

> * Create and maintain business and functional documentation

> including Epics, user stories, process flows, and UAT documents

> * Develop training materials and support knowledge transfer sessions

> for business and operational teams

> * Ensure documentation aligns with governance, compliance, and

> process standards

> * Support end-user enablement and adoption activities

> Qualifications 

> * 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional

> Analyst

> * Proven experience in a Product Owner or Delivery Coordinator

> capacity within a large-scale enterprise environment.

> * Strong experience in Content Supply Chain or Digital Content

> Management

> * Hands-on experience with Adobe Express, Content Assembly platforms

> * Strong understanding of Content Creation, Assembly, Composition,

> and Modular Content workflows

> * Experience with DAM, Metadata, Taxonomy, and Content Governance

> processes

> * Experience in Requirements Gathering, Functional Analysis, UAT,

> Documentation, and Training

> * Experience working in Agile delivery models

> * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional

> collaboration skills

> * Knowledge of LLM orchestration and prompt engineering for headless

> system interactions.

> Education & Experience 

> * · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,

> Information Technology, or a related field.
