Long-standing, local architectural firm seeks an experienced Revit Technician with design acumen. Our office is located in the Old Sash Mill near downtown Santa Cruz. Our firm conducts projects throughout the Bay Area, with a focus in Santa Cruz County. We take pride in providing custom designs; we listen to each clients’ needs and vision while staying true to our own. We encourage collaboration, creativity, and curiosity.

We are looking for a Drafter/ BIM Technician to assist Project Managers with project coordination and to prepare construction documents.

Our current projects include:

● Residential remodels, additions, and new homes

● Civic projects for local governments and colleges

● Commercial projects including restaurants, music venues, salons, retail spaces, and office spaces

Applicants should:

● Have 2-5 years’ experience creating Construction Documents

● Be proficient in Revit

● Be comfortable with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite

● Be willing to work IN the office at least 4 days per week
