Job Title: Financial Advisor & Planner - Private Wealth Specialist (U.S.)

 

Job Type: Contractor, US only.

 

Location: Remote

 

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in focus sessions to discuss real-world advisory scenarios, client needs, and best practices in financial planning.
  2. Provide clear, thoughtful, and detailed asynchronous written feedback on advisory content and financial planning workflows.
  3. Leverage your experience to share practical insights from high-touch private wealth management or financial advisory roles.
  4. Collaborate to enhance financial advisory frameworks and elevate the client experience for individuals and families.
  5. Communicate professionally, precisely, and on time, ensuring clarity in both written and verbal exchanges.
  6. Offer guidance on comprehensive planning topics such as investment strategy, retirement, estate, and tax considerations.
  7. Contribute real-world perspective to improve the depth and accuracy of financial advisory AI systems.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of recent or ongoing hands-on experience serving individual and family clients in private wealth management or financial advisory roles.
  2. Strong expertise in client-facing personal finance, investment planning, and wealth strategy.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
  4. U.S.-based, with current authorization to work as an independent contractor in the United States.
  5. Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to analytical rigor in advisory recommendations.
  6. Experience engaging in client discovery, goal-setting, and ongoing portfolio management.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. CFA, CPA, or CFP® credentials strongly preferred.
  2. Background with major financial institutions such as J.P. Morgan Private Bank, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab, or Chase Private Client.
  3. Experience advising high-net-worth (HNW) or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
  4. Expertise in specialty areas such as retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategy, or investment portfolio construction.
