: Amazon Connect Developer Remote

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performing customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
• Develop and configure contact flows, routing strategies, and IVR solutions
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and Kinesis
• Build APIs and backend services to support contact center functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to call flows, integrations, and performance
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of the system
• Maintain documentation for solutions and processes
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Amazon Connect development
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)
• Knowledge of IVR design and contact flow development
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with AWS Lex (chatbots) is a plus
• Good understanding of networking and telephony concepts
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in contact center migration to cloud (Amazon Connect)
• AWS certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Node.js)
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
