Join our customer’s team as a French Language Expert and play a critical role in driving linguistic excellence across multilingual projects. You will leverage your advanced French proficiency and cultural insights to elevate communication, support diverse teams, and ensure authenticity in all written and verbal exchanges. Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver expert-level French language support for a variety of business needs, including translation, localization, and cultural adaptation.
2. Review, edit, and proofread documents to ensure linguistic and grammatical accuracy aligned with brand voice.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate clear and effective communication.
4. Develop, refine, and implement language guidelines, terminology databases, and style guides.
5. Provide consultation on linguistic nuances and best practices for written and verbal communication.
6. Participate in training sessions to upskill team members in French language usage and intercultural communication.
7. Research and stay current with evolving French linguistic trends, terminology, and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Native or near-native fluency in French, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and syntax.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
3. Solid background in linguistics, translation, or related field.
4. Proven ability to adapt language for various contexts, audiences, and purposes.
5. Keen eye for detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy and consistency.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working with international or multilingual teams.
2. Familiarity with CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools and language technology.
3. Background in training or coaching on language and communication best practices.
