Job Details:
 
-Designs and implements database structures based on organizational requirements.
-Conducts systems analysis to understand and address database needs in alignment with business processes. 
-Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for database solutions. 
-Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties for moderately complex workflows and systems.
-Monitors and optimizes database performance, including tuning queries and database configurations. 
-Implements and manages security measures to protect sensitive data, including access controls and encryption. 
-Develops and maintains backup procedures and disaster recovery plans to ensure data availability and integrity. 
-Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within the database. 
-Maintains and updates SQL code to correct errors and enhance functionality. 
-Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards and assists with audits. 
-Partners with business process experts to learn and understand database problems, making recommendations for enhancements and solutions. 
-Plans for future database capacity and storage needs, assessing current usage and forecasting growth.
-Troubleshoots and resolves database related issues to minimize downtime and data loss. 
-The carrying out of non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from a supervisor. 
-Works with internal and/or external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. -Works with other healthcare.

PAY RANGE 
- Minimum pay rate - $82,742.40 to 124,000 DOE
