NP geriatric care

 Life Plan Community is looking to hire an NP to provide high-quality, relationship-driven geriatric care within its collaborative on-campus clinical team in the Atlanta, Georgia area! 20 miles NE of Atlanta.

APRN will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the community by providing holistic, relationship-driven care to older adults!

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, M-F, 8:30-5
• APRN will manage patients living in the Senior living community in a clinic setting seeing patients for primary care and walk-in appointments
• NP will collaborate with an MD and Medical Director, but will be the lead provider in the clinic
