Summary: 

We are seeking a Press Brake Operator for a manufacturing company in Acton, MA. This role will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating the Amada press brake to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate Amada press brake machines with NC-9EX controls
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and tooling requirements.
• Adjust machine settings to control speed, material feed, and path of the press brake.
• Select and install appropriate dies, punches, and tooling based on job specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
