Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of emergency medicine experience with extensive trauma exposure.
Specialized Experience: FM/IM candidates with ED experience, including trauma logs, accepted; ABEM preferred.
Prior Duties: Emergency care, including management of trauma and acute care cases.
Education: Board-certified/board-eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine.
Licenses: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required.
Personality Factors: Team-oriented, skilled communicator, and confident in high-stress situations.
Systems Used: Meditech EHR.
