The Emergency Medicine Physician will deliver high-quality care in a Level II Trauma Center, handling diverse cases and performing procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, central lines, and critical care.
Team Size: No mid-level providers; exclusively staffed by board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
Culture: Dedicated to excellence in patient care with a collaborative and supportive environment.
Schedule:
Full-time, 10-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).
40 hours of physician coverage daily.
Provide prompt, compassionate care to patients in critical need, treating each one with respect and empathy.
Assess and stabilize patients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition to appropriate care settings.
Collaborate with a supportive team of nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals every day.
Communicate clearly with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and next steps.
Keep detailed, up-to-date medical records to ensure consistency and quality in patient care.
Engage in ongoing professional development and share best practices with colleagues.
Contribute to creating a friendly, efficient, and safe environment in the emergency room.
Board-certified in Emergency Medicine with a genuine passion for delivering care that truly makes a difference.
Proven experience thriving in fast-paced, high-stress emergency environments while keeping a calm and friendly attitude.
Excellent decision-making skills that balance swift action with compassionate, patient-centered care.

W2 Employee (Living in the Community): $250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (annualized earnings of $540,800 for 2080 hours/year with bonus).
1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community): $275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus
1099 Independent Contractor (Travel): $285/hr
Bonuses:
$100,000 sign-on bonus (forgivable loan over 3 years). For those living in the community
