Responsibilities:
Lead SAP implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, and deployment phases.Provide expert-level guidance on SAP best practices and solution architecture to meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.Design and configure SAP solutions across various modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and industry standards.Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and knowledge transfer to enhance team capabilities.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to facilitate user adoption and maximize the value of SAP investments.Perform system assessments, optimizations, and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation and scalability of SAP landscapes.Stay abreast of SAP innovations, new features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations for continuous improvement.Act as a subject matter expert in SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CRM, or others as relevant to the project.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
Minimum Requirements:
Extensive experience as an SAP Consultant, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and support.In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and solutions, with expertise in at least one functional area (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management).Proven track record of leading successful SAP implementation projects from conception to delivery.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend SAP solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience in leading and mentoring teams of consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Certification(s) in relevant SAP modules or technologies is highly desirable.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
