Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in heavy equipment and truck repair and maintenance. Will be able to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles. The candidate will have experience working with hydraulics, electrical, diesel/gas engine vehicles and welding skills. The successful candidate will be able to identify mechanical problems, explain them to customers, and provide cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will current hold a CDL A license or be willing to obtain. The Mechanic must also be able to work independently and efficiently to meet customer deadlines.
Responsibilities:

• Uses company provided diagnostic software to Test, inspect, and determine causes of malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspection.
• Repair brakes and steering systems.
• Repair, replace or overhaul engines and engine components
• Explain repair options to operations.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures when working on vehicles.
