Job Description:

In this role, the Senior Customer Engineer will be expected to act as the Single Point of Contact for the site on calls with various remote technical GEA project teams and implement actions to close assigned projects.
They will be expected to suggest the most effective way to achieve the required project objectives on site with consideration to Operations, the size of the site, and resources available.
They will be expected to complete the activity, maintain an up-to-date project plan, and keep all stakeholders informed of progress and any risk to the timeline.
They will be responsible for reporting to the GE DT lead on site.
