Well-known, non-profit, Senior Care provider is in need of a solid nursing leader with experience in an Assisted Living setting. This role will oversee the clinical staff of a 115-unit Senior Living community that was opened in 2017. Our client is a stable organization that offers strong support at the community and corporate levels.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota
At least 2 years of Assisted Living or Long Term Care experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer service oriented, and servant leadership mentality.
