We have an opportunity for a seasoned Executive Director for a beautiful CCRC located in the heart of wine country! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years ED/LNHA experience serving Seniors, and those requiring additional assistance. This person will also have a history of strong survey results, good tenure, and a passion to provide excellent care and customer service to the residents. The ED is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the community in accordance with applicable company, federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest quality care and customer service is provided to its residents at all times.
