Director of Nursing Services (DNS) position – Beautiful Okanogan County!
We are currently accepting applications for a Director of Nursing Services ( DNS ) position. This opportunity is with a very reputable and stable Skilled Nursing facility located in the foothills of the Okanogan Highlands in north-central Washington. The DNS needs to possess the leadership ability to manage the Skilled Nursing department, while ensuring the best possible care and services for the residents. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and providing oversight for the care team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal regulations. Must have a demonstrated history of excellent survey results, good tenure, a hospitality mindset, as well as a customer service focused approach to care. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WA with a current license, and have at least 2 years of experience working in geriatrics as a DON, ADON or Supervisor.
