Greater Seattle area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years operational leadership experience in a high-end Continuing Care Retirement Community or Life Plan community. This person will have a history of good tenure, good Survey history, as well as a passion to provide excellent care and customer service to the residents. The ED is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the community in accordance with applicable company, federal, state, and local standards to ensure that the highest quality care and customer service is provided to the residents at all times.
