We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between IT and business units by gathering requirements and delivering effective solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
Conduct market and process analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Support project management and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
About you:
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process modeling tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
