Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or similar field

Ten or more years of relevant work experience.

Six or more years of ServiceNow deployment and development experience in providing B2B advanced networking, SaaS or telecommunications solutions

Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making.

Experience with understanding consumer insights, market trend analysis, usability testing, rapid prototyping and analytics.

Experience in operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand. Technical experience

Serve as a ServiceNow technical expert, collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Translate business requirements into effective and efficient ServiceNow solution implementations.

Review and analyze existing Verizon applications and workflows to identify areas for improvement and further integration with ServiceNow

Integrate and Deploy AI tools help isolate and reduce incident impact. Extensive experience on Developer Portal & API for Service Now
