Regional Maintenance Technician – Upscale Senior Living Communities throughout Seattle
searching for a Regional Maintenance Tech to provide support to multiple Senior Care communities offering Assisted Living and Independent Living accommodations in the greater Seattle area. The properties are upscale, well-maintained, and have outstanding reputations throughout the local area.
Responsibilities:
The Regional Maintenance Tech assists with supervision and the general operational maintenance, repair, and housekeeping for the community’s physical plant, and ensures that the community and residence units are clean, comfortable, and maintained in good working condition.
