Role: Senior Project Engineer

Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 + Bonuses & Profit Sharing
Schedule: Full-time, In-Office (90%), Some On-Site (10%)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support our Project Managers in overseeing multiple industrial projects.
The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—a true self-starter with a strong backbone who can handle high expectations.

You’ll be trusted with significant responsibilities and expected to deliver top-tier results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence
Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, ranging from $150K to $400K+
Leverage AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track
Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-through to every aspect of your work

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer
Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required
Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings with confidence
A Type A personality—organized, proactive, and driven to get things done
Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations
A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
