Job Summary

Pega Development
Ensure business continuity by acting as the trusted authority for resolving high-stakes production issues and providing dedicated on-call weekend support
Serve as the primary contact for data integrity, leading large-scale optimizations like deleting 2 million records to prevent  system shutdowns
Use AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to write complex SQL queries, which accelerates issue resolution and reduces dependency on the database team Own the monthly Pega release cycle, managing all activities from testing with the QA team to final deployment
