Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst in our Enterprise Business Systems team. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise on SuccessFactors and ECC HCM functionality, translating business requirements into system configurations, creating solution designs, development and testing these requirements as per business requirements of HR and it's integrated systems. Additionally, this role requires to perform hands-on configuration and issue resolution in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of project outcomes.
