Director of Engineering oversees all maintenance and engineering operations in addition to being responsible for all capital projects and improvements. Accountable for maintaining facilities - including building structures, all mechanical, electrical, fire systems, IT Systems, HVAC systems and related equipment. Responsible for administering outside engineering vendor contracts and prepares and executes an annual operating budget. Additionally, the Director of Engineering oversees the Vehicle Maintenance department on Ranch.
Keeps all maintenance records up to date and complies with internal and external quality assurance guidelines as well as maintains and administers the maintenance CMMS system.
