Field Support Representative Miramar, IL - Full Time Responsibilities:
Understand hardware, software and other solution systems provided to military users. Integrate systems on aircraft and with ground users. Provide training to aircrew, avionics, and ground users. Recommend and develop training programs in support of maintenance and troubleshooting. Manage inventory and accountability of hardware and software. Provide technical leadership and guidance to users. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on hardware and software systems. Serve as a liaison between military units and Headquarters. Prior to supporting New River, NC, Miramar, CA, and/or deployment, the FSR must complete training at a location TBD. The FSR may also support integration and test events at KTS’ headquarters and CONUS for various test events.
Qualifications:
