Nursing Supervisor Vienna, VA, US STATUS:    Salary, Full-time, Exempt REPORTS TO:    Associate Executive Director / Executive Director   JOB DESCRIPTION: The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising the regional nursing team including LVNs, CMAs, and medical coordinators with duties including timekeeping and scheduling, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, medication auditing and management, and ensuring all clients receive treatment and care as prescribed by their physician while all codes of ethics are being adhered to while maintaining the organization’s adherence to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
