Primary Care Physician (Outpatient, Full-Time/Part-Time) S. CA   Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Successful completion of an approved residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds. Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds. Active California Medical License and DEA certification. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with cultural competency and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

 Staff Nurse Practitioner Fully Remote 40 hours a week - some weekends and evenings Compensation Range: $100K - $110K Key Responsibilities:  Deliver patient care across programs, including but not limited to: urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring and primary care. Conduct evaluations via video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics). Serve a diverse patient population while exemplifying inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices. Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery.
