Have extensive inbound and outbound call/chat/email handling experience for customer support roles including those involving healthcare POCs (Plans Of Care) with billing and transactions, enrollments, EOBs, claims and DMI (Durable Medical Equipment) assistance.
Have experience with online applications including Altruvista, CT Suite, eService Delivery, Facets, Five 9, Google Suite, HealthRules, Microsoft Office plus Teams, Slack and Zoom plus AP/AR, legal and medical based (standard plus terminal digit) records experience.
Trained to assist members with their healthcare plans.
