Responsibilities:

• Order entry; invoicing; scanning.

• Sense of urgency in meeting customer needs.

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.

• Develop strategies to enhance customer service experience.

• Collaborate with all colleagues to ensure seamless customer Interactions.

• Pricing Management.

• Demand and Delivery Management.

• Execute the delivery demands through application customization & configuration.

• Organize workshops or user trainings as requested by superior, provide support during the workshop and contribute as appropriate.

• Develops strong relationships with business teams & liaises with other

• IT functions like QA / DEV / Infrastructure and to ensure successful project implementation, & support for all other project activities.

• Prepare and Review test plans and test scripts.

Must have Experience in Sap EAI.

• Prepares high level & detailed technical specifications for small to medium complexity projects involving ABAP, SAP CRM WEB UI, & or Adobe Forms features according to PLC, security and architecture documentation objectives.

• Develops, codes, documents and executes unit test, system, integration & acceptance test using SAP ABAP, & testing tools.

• Develops detailed plans & accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases.
