Job Description
Pay rate: $29/hr., the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

High organizational skills
Basic qualifications:
2-4 years in similar roles, preferably in a retail channel with multi-brands approach.
The ideal candidate for this role understands multi-brand visual merchandising and in-store execution experience.
Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, able to think analytically with precision and consistency, and able to understand and manage the complexity of a diverse store group.
Candidate must be extremely proficient in managing data with Microsoft excel and Adobe CS.
Strong Project management skills.
Ability to work in a changing environment in a complex organization.
Strong team skills and an aptitude for cross functional interactions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibility:
Establish working templates for all guidelines in Adobe CS software
Support with all projects with prop strategies & space planning
Support with guidelines needed for all VM setups
Support NRR ( New stores, Remodels and Relocations) with guidelines
Manage digital platforms for guideline upload.
Description:
We are looking for someone preferably that is a graphic designer, but absolutely must be an expert in INDD as they will be building our monthly store tools.
This role supports the team that manages 1000+ Lenscrafters stores with VM communication. This includes VM guidelines for all initiatives, including monthly marketing updates, tests, prop initiatives and new store openings.
This role requires working closely with cross functional partners and coordinating tools and processes with operational functions. The ideal candidate would be extremely detail oriented, have excellent analytical and project management skills.
