Create expert-level prompts, reference answers, and detailed critiques
Apply academic rigor to identify subtle errors and shallow reasoning
Help define expert-level performance standards for AI systems
Preferred Qualifications
PhD from a top-ranked university in a technical field, English, literature, or journalism
Based in an English-speaking country
Excellent written English and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
