Responsibilities

Demonstrated record of success in talent acquisition for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private organizations, particularly in the private equity and family office sectors
Exceptional ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality when working with UHNW clientele
Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier candidates for family office positions
Keen understanding of the unique nuances and requirements involved in recruiting for UHNW environments
Strong judgment and decision-making skills to effectively navigate the complexities of UHNW recruiting
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of recruitment experience in UHNW environments, family offices, or private wealth
Proven track record of confidential executive placements within family offices
Deep understanding of family office operations and staffing requirements
Established network within UHNW community and family office sector
Experience managing complex, high-touch client relationships
Strong background in discreet candidate assessment and selection

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working within a family office or private wealth firm
International recruitment experience with UHNW clientele
Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications
Knowledge of private wealth management and family office structures
