 growing real estate company seeking a Controller or Accounting Manager in North Dallas to join their collaborative team.

Controller/ Accounting Manager will be responsible for:
  • Record acquisitions, dispositions, and other complex entries.
  • Hire, train, oversee and review accounting department
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations
  • Assist, oversee accountants with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and bank compliance
  • Assist with external auditors during annual filings and audits, coordinating PBC requests.
Senior Accountant background should include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • CPA or CPA Candidate preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP is required
  • Highly proficient with Excel
