customer base is growing exponentially (hundreds of new customers per month) and you will be on the front lines of ensuring that these customers become passionate, lifelong  partners leaving them with the thought - ‘how did we ever manage without  ?’


Every customer comes to us with their #1 problem - hiring. They need to build an engineering team of 8 with secret clearance based in D.C. in under a month, hire a Head of Growth to scale post-$20M Series A, or find enhanced rock weathering scientists in LATAM for a research project. You will be responsible for leading strategic projects that solve this problem.


This is a mission-critical role. You’ll own end-to-end customer engagements, from building relationships to ensuring seamless project delivery and quality. You'll leverage  ’s top recruiters, driving revenue and aligning operations with customer needs. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll advocate for an exceptional 12-star experience to advance their goals while working cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and founders. This dynamic role combines operations, growth/revenue, account management, and problem solving to deliver exceptional outcomes and inspire results at the core of  mission.
