 looking to hire a Personal Assistant for a logistics client in Baghdad, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior executives, corporate background is preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Purpose
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative support to the executive or senior management team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. The PA acts as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information professionally and carefully.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming correspondence (emails, calls, and messages), prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive when required
Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and other documents as needed
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
Act as a point of contact between the executive and departments, staff, and external partners
Support the executive in tracking key tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
Conduct research, compile data, and provide analytical support for decision-making
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the executive’s role
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, expense reports, and documentation
Contribute to the smooth operation of the executive office by anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives (Corporate background is preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in (English and Arabic)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
