Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – Niagara Falls, NY

We have an immediate opportunity for a seasoned Healthcare Administrator for our Skilled Nursing community located in Niagara Falls, NY The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years LNHA experience serving Seniors, and those requiring additional assistance. They will also have a history of strong survey results, good tenure, and a passion to provide excellent care and customer service to the residents. The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Healthcare Center in accordance with applicable company, federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest quality care and customer service is provided to its residents at all times.

Educational Requirements, Experience and Compensation Package :

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university in health care/business administration or related field strongly preferred.
Three (3) plus years experience in supervising a retirement community or a Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing (SNF), or Rehabilitation Facility.
LNFA/LNHA – Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in NY or have the ability to obtain licensure.
