Summary of position An Account Manager ensures consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues with EV customers through positive planning, deployment and management of sales accounts and through establishment of strong customer satisfaction. Main activity: Act as “first line” point of contact for all customer activities. Have a working understanding of all areas of the company, to be able to issue-spot quickly and effectively and activate resources or change direction as needed. Ensure strong commercial performance with the customer, and strong delivery on AGC commitments to the customer.
