Program Manager Houston TX   JOB DESCRIPTION  contract opportunity for an experienced Program Manager in Downtown Houston. This role sits onsite and has opportunity to extend past the original six month assignment. The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting their division with governance readiness, development of document control standards and implementation and portfolio management.
