Staff Nurse Practitioner Fully Remote 40 hours a week - some weekends and evenings Compensation Range: $100K - $110K Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care across programs, including but not limited to: urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring and primary care. Conduct evaluations via video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics). Serve a diverse patient population while exemplifying inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices. Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery. Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset by training on all programs as assigned and approved by the Medical Executive Committee and working across multiple programs during scheduled shifts to provide timely, high quality, patient-centered care.
